Questions and competition terms
How do I claim, and when can I visit?
Message YES on WhatsApp, reply to your prize email or call 01793 644668. To secure your prize, arrange your session date and pay your £50 refundable deposit by 9pm Wednesday 11 November 2026. Your session can take place up until 31 January 2027, subject to availability.
Do we have to buy anything else?
No. Your family session, viewing and included framed photograph or qualifying canvas upgrade are yours with no obligation to purchase extra artwork. Additional photographs start from £49. Digital images are not included and may be purchased separately.
Deposit info (fully refundable)
We do take a £50 fully refundable deposit when you book into the diary. It helps us avoid no-shows. You'll get the full £50 back at your viewing, as long as no appointments are missed or cancelled within five days of your appointment.
Who can come? Can we bring pets?
Grandparents, siblings and wider family are welcome, and pets are part of the family too. Parents must join in for a few photographs as this is a family session prize. Tell us who you'd like to bring when we arrange your date.
What happens at the viewing?
You'll return to our Old Town studio for a separate viewing within 10 days of your photoshoot, to enjoy your photographs and choose your included image. All selections are made in the studio. Online galleries and contact sheets aren't provided.
How do the bonus upgrades work?
Complete both your photoshoot and viewing by 30 November 2026 and we'll upgrade your gift framed photograph to a 20×16 inch canvas, total package worth £520. Complete both by 31 December 2026 for a 15×12 inch canvas, total package worth £345. Subject to diary availability.
Other prize terms
No cash alternative. One prize per family. Cannot be used against previous sessions or combined with other prizes or offers. If you're expecting a baby and would like to use your gift for a specialist NewbornArt session, speak to us about extending your use-by date.
